This Chessboard No. 6 with notation, padauk and maple marquetry, round corners is a wooden chessboard with a No. 6 format, 58 mm squares and a layout prepared for 3.75" pieces or Staunton No. 6 pieces. It is designed for home, club and tournament play.
The board combines padauk and maple in a marquetry finish, while the notation along the edges makes it easier to record moves and follow analysis during training or regular play. The round corners set it apart from standard tournament boards.
For a matching set, you can pair it with Sunrise STAUNTON No. 6 pieces - wooden.
On the underside, four anti-slip pads help keep the board steady and protect the table or desk when it is moved. Chess pieces are not included, so you can choose your own set in the right size. Engraving and gift wrapping are also available.
